Having problems? The following 3 simple steps will fix most problems and only need to be done once. Whenever you return, the images and any new additions will function automatically. This only takes about 5 minutes. You may need to do any one or all of the steps. We are currently in the process of changing the format of the imagers to one which will work on 99% of all internet enabled computers, without needing additional downloads.

When I click the links in the business section or the map hotspots, I just get a blank screen/my computer tries to search for the program that created the image/ the image wont load - you do not have Quicktime installed on your computer. Click here for a free quicktime download

I can see the map but when I click a hotspot nothing happens! - you have not disabled your pop-up blocker. Either disable your blocker or configure it to always allow pop-ups from this site. It is perfectly safe to do so.

I just get a blank screen and/or a small red cross on the town images page! - You do not have Java installed on your computer. Click here for a free Java download.
